Ingushetia: Situação continua tensa

Como eu já havia comentado antes aqui, sobre o assassinato de Magomed Yevloyev, jornalista opositor, e da escalada de violência na República Autônoma da Ingushetia, a situação parece continuar tensa.

Killings In Ingushetia, Abductions In Chechnya Rising, Activist Says

Ingushetia-based human rights activist Magomed Mutsolgov says killings in the Russian republic are on the rise.

Mutsolgov, who represents the Ingushetian human rights watchdog Mashr, told RFE/RL's North Caucasus Service that between January and April of this year, 59 people were killed in Ingushetia, while in the same period last year only nine people were killed.

Aleksandr Cherkasov, of the Moscow-based Memorial rights group, told RFE/RL that this year 34 Chechens were abducted by unidentified armed men believed to belong to security forces.

The rights activists say most of the killings, disappearances, and reports of torture in the region are committed by security forces and are not investigated.

Grupos de Direitos Humanos denunciam os vários assassinatos cometidos contra civis e militantes na região, mostrando que nem a substituição do presidente da Rep. Aut. fez diferença. Continuam as perseguições. Esperava-se uma diminuição da violência porém o que se vê é exatamente o contrário, piorou.

Em toda a Rússia pipocam conflitos, a violência aumenta e as minorias se mostram mais e mais insatisfeitas. São dezenas de minorias, algumas com certo poder regional, não se sabe o que pode acontecer se todos resolverem se revoltar.
